Throughout his extensive real estate career, Mr. Procida has worked on a wide variety of commercial, residential, retail, and institutional projects. As President/CEO of Procida Realty & Construction Corp. and Procida Construction Corp., Mr. Procida is responsible for setting direction for the firm, in addition to oversight of operations for the firm.

The firm is currently developing mid density, single family homes for first time home owners and retirees in Atlantic City, NJ as well as multifamily rental, for sale affordable housing and urban retail centers in the Bronx and central New Jersey. In Poughkeepsie, the firm is developing a 27 acre, mixed use riverfront site, which includes 90 town homes, a 40 room country in, restaurant and catering facility in addition to a marina, bout house, 60,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, all in addition to a for sale residential community on the outskirts of the downtown business district.

In 1998, the firms Madison Landing development was the sole recipient of the Governor's Housing Award for the best Urban Affordable Housing Development in New Jersey, and 1994, their 265 unit Melrose Court Condominium in the Bronx received a Pillars of the Industry Award from the National Association of the Homebuilders for the best Affordable Housing Development in the country.

Mario received a Masters of Architecture from the University of California at Los Angeles, a Bachelors of Science and Bachelors of Arts degrees in Civil Engineering and Architecture, respectively, from Lehigh University. While at the University of California at Los Angeles, Mr. Procida was awarded both the Robert McQuire and Thomas Landau Fellowships for Academic and Design Excellence and at Lehigh, he was co-recipient of the Spillman-Farmer Architectural Award. In 1990 Mr. Procida was acknowledged by Crains New York Business as a member of their 40 under 40, and in 1995 he received the Developer of the Year award from the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York. In 1999, Mr. Procida received the Businessman of the Year award from the Bronx Historical Society.

Mr. Procida is a trustee of Greenwich Academy and a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a former Director of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, Young Presidents Organization, and Bergen Catholic High School. He has also served as a member of the Architectural Review Commission, Town of North Castle.

Ms. Procida is a Senior Vice President at Procida Realty & Construction Corp., and is President of Procida Brokerage & Real Estate Services, Inc. which is licensed in both New York & New Jersey.

Ms. Procida has been with Procida Realty & Construction Corp. since 1986. Since that time she has been involved hands on all phases of Real Estate Development and On Site Project Management, both commercial and residential. Her work includes Acquisition, Financing, Site Planning and Design, Project Approvals, Sub- Divisions and On Site Construction Management for Projects varying in size up to $30 Million Dollars. Over the past 20 years she has successfully completed over $100 Million Dollars worth of Construction/Development Projects for Procida.

In addition to her work with Procida Realty & Construction Corp, Ms. Procida, as the President of Procida Brokerage & Real Estate Services Inc., successfully started a residential and commercial sales division at Procida to handle all sales and marketing for Procida's commercial and residential in house developments. This company has sold in excess of 2,000 homes and the commercial division has leased over 250,000 SF retail and office space.

Prior to working for Procida she held a position at Simon Konover & Assoc., a leading developer in the industry, where she worked as an assistant superintendent for a 500 unit housing project and later moved on to work in Konover's Estimating Department budgeting and buying out both commercial and residential projects at their main headquarters in West Hartford, CT.

Ms. Procida is a member of the Association of Builders & Owners, served as a member of the Mayor's Office of Construction's One Stop Permit Committee, has received a business achievement award for her work in the industry from Professional Women in Construction as well as site specific awards for work in Atlantic City and the Bronx. Ms. Procida has also served as a volunteer for over 10 years as a member of the Planning Board in the township where she resides.

As Senior Vice President in charge of estimating and purchasing, Mr. Sprogis directs all bidding, budget preparation and cost analysis for the company. In addition, his staff reviews and monitors the development of drawings during Pre-construction, providing an assessment of their effect on cost, schedule construction feasibility. Mr. Sprogis oversees the preparations of subcontractor bid packages and final contracts, vendor evaluations, as well as negotiation of subcontracts.

Mr. Sprogis joined Procida Realty & Construction Corp. in 1982 as Staff Cost Estimator and gained valuable experience as a Field Supervisor on a a variety of renovation and new construction projects. He furthered his experience as a project manager on Procida's first high rise new construction project and design-build Chrysler Showroom project. In 1987, Mr. Sprogis was named Chief Estimator and was responsible for bid preparation for Procida's largest gut-rehab projects and the New Homes Programs. In 1992, he was promoted to his current position and named as a member of the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Procida Realty & Construction Corp., Mr. Sprogis organized his own design/build construction company which concentrated on commercial and residential renovations in New York City.

Mr. Sprogis graduated from Lehigh University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture, where he was co-recipient of the Spillman Farmer Award with Mario Procida. He later Attended Master of Architecture Degree Program at Columbia University.

In his role as Senior Vice President, Mr. Joseph Procida is responsible for all phases of the on-site construction supervision. Having extensive hands on field experience for hundreds of apartment gut renovations in both South Bronx and Harlem, Mr. Procida is very qualified in the overseeing of site construction and the purchasing of housing projects.

Mr. Procida join Procida Realty & Construction Corp. in 1988 Superintendent and later became Project Manager. Mr. Procida has completed numerous projects in these capacities. He has continually proven himself to be intensely dedicated to the successful completion of his projects by completing them on time, within budget, and always insuring quality control to the clients satisfaction.

As the Director of Construction for Procida's New Jersey Housing Division, (Procida Homes), Mr. Jinks is responsible for overseeing all New Jersey construction operations from buyout, budget monitoring, all the way through to the day to day construction management up to final completion/project delivery. Prior to project commencement, his responsibilities also includes land use approvals, pre-construction review of architectural drawings, and the coordination of site planning and design.

Mr. Jinks joined Procida in 1990 as Superintendent, and was later promoted to Project Manager prior to holding his current position. Mr. Jinks has played a key role in the planning and construction of over 1,000 residential units for Procida in both New York and New Jersey. Two projects under his supervision have won the Governors Housing Award for Affordable housing.

Prior to joining Procida Realty and Construction Mr. Jinks worked for K. Hovnainian Companies. Mr. Jinks graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ in 1991 having earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology.

Mr. Cohen joined Procida in 2001 as Director of Leasing and is responsible for marketing, leasing, and managing all Procida commercial properties, and also works on outside commercial brokerage services in the Metro New York Area. Other responsibilities include interfacing with the legal, accounting and the construction departments to coordinate and negotiating tenant build-outs.

Mr. Cohen, as Director of Leasing for Procida Brokerage, provides both tenant and landlord representation and has completed transactions with tenants such as Wendy's, Popeye's, Quizno's, Do It Best Hardware, CVS, Atlantic Bank, SaveALot Supermarkets, City Council Member Eric Gioia, T-Mobile, Sally Beauty, Avon, Dunkin' Donuts, Manhattan Parking, Curves, Score Learning Centers, Subway, Ulltra Parking, State Farm Insurance, Blinds To Go, New World Coffee and Bagel, Dime Savings Bank, BP Amoco, Auto Zone and Burger King.

Prior to joining Procida, Mr. Cohen worked for Welco Realty, Inc. as a retail leasing agent and later was hired by Big M, Inc. as the Regional Leasing Representative in charge of site selection, lease negotiations and site dispositions for all Mandee and Annie Sez clothing stores. Mr. Cohen was also a partner for several years in upscale clothing stores located in Great Neck, Scarsdale, and Port Washington, New York, giving him a base of tenant/landlord knowledge and an understanding of all sides of a transaction.
