Orion is a nine story mixed use 61-unit residential condominium building with ancillary ground retail located just off the intersection of 3rd Avenue and East 156th Street in the Melrose Common neighborhood of the Bronx, NY. The Building will be brick and masonry and will have hot water / baseboard heat and thru wall air-conditioning sleeves. Of the 61 units it will have (23) one, (32) two, and (6) three bedroom units. Unit sizes will range from 625 sf for a 1 br, 850 sf for a two bedroom and 1300 sf for a 3 bedroom.
